My career has been defined by a simple mission: turning operational theory into real-world results.
I have served as an operational leader in various executive roles across multiple sectors; Federal, local government, hospital, university, and non-profit sectors. I understand first-hand what it is like to deal with operational challenges and gaps in resources, alignment, performance, and staff. I don’t offer vague management advice.
