My career has been defined by a simple mission: turning operational theory into real-world results.

I have served as an operational leader in various executive roles across multiple sectors; Federal, local government, hospital, university, and non-profit sectors. I understand first-hand what it is like to deal with operational challenges and gaps in resources, alignment, performance, and staff. I don’t offer vague management advice. I provide Organizational & Operational Consulting focused on building the tangible and reliable frameworks that ensure your business operations function at peak efficiency.

My early career was certainly not without some doubt; was I ready to step to the next level, was I prepared enough, was I ready for leadership, did I fit the profile of a “leader”?  The mid-career phase is a unique professional crossroads. My coaching is designed to help you dismantle imposter syndrome, overcome doubt, and turn perceived barriers into professional leverage. I specialize in this specific niche, providing the tools and strategies necessary to transition from one level to the next career stage including from management into high-impact leadership.
